BEDTIME YOGA NIDRA ONLINE SESSION

 

This bedtime Yoga Nidra session will be every Sunday evening 9pm - 9.45pm. 

 

This will be an impactful healing tool, to not only help you relax before bed and the start of a new week, but to connect deeper to your Intentions / Sankalpas, your heart felt feelings and needs.

 

Why Sundays? Because this is not only the perfect time to set aside for yourself, but to also end your weekend on a positive but relaxing note, ready for Monday morning. This will help with letting go of any stresses, worries, anxieties and negative thoughts.

 

If you allow this Yoga Nidra to really sit within like a little seed and watch it grow each week, the benefits will be incredible and very powerful.

Location: Online using Zoom at Your home space / environment – PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO HEAR MY VOICE NICE AND CLEAR WITHOUT ANY DISTRACTIONS.

Equipment: Get as comfy as possible use blankets, cushions, pillows, Duvets, eye pillows, socks, oils, anything that you can connect to and help you feel relaxed.

Price: £5 Per person or £15 for 4 weekly sessions
