Why Yoga and Mindfulness for Children? 

 

Yoga is not just for adults and that's what makes it so amazing. I think it's even more amazing for Children especially to introduce something so lovely into their everyday life. Being able to share Yoga / Mindfulness with children can have some amazing lifelong benefits physically and mentally. 

It encourages awareness of thoughts and feelings which can help children to develop skills to observe their thoughts and emotions and respond to them in a considered way, rather than reacting to them.
