Yin / Yoga Nidra for welcoming Spring 2025: Relax, Reset and Let Go! The Spring Equinox is almost here everyone yay!!!!, along with the bright energy of this season of rebirth, growth, and sunlight. My upcoming Spring Yin / Nidra Session will be focused on welcoming the light back into our lives and letting go of Winter. Finding time to reflect on the past winter months and what we need to move forward now, ready for our Spring transition. We will begin with a grounding Spring meditation and move into a deep breathwork sequence that will last for ten mins. Helping to clear and detox your body. Then, we will move into our Yin sequence, which will start small and then close off, then gradually open up into backbends with your heart open to the sunlight. Then we will move into your most profound healing part of the session, your Yoga Nidra, which will be a creative, energising Spring Nidra helping you remove anything that no longer serves you…visually seeing Winter energies moving through your body, as we invite Spring energies in. A really beautiful Yoga Nidra helping you find inner peace and deep relaxation. It's time to grow, find balance and reset, ready for a new season and we are so ready.
