

ABOUT EMMA
Emma Blunston is a fully qualified yoga teacher with over 12 years experience based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, with a focus on Mental Health awareness through the power of Yoga and Mindfulness.
Since becoming a yoga teacher over eight years ago, Emmas experience, knowledge, and true passion has grown so much, its her whole heart and more.
Emma has taught a wide range of yoga styles, from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Trauma Informed, Meditation, Chair Yoga and Mindfulness. But my main focus is therapy yoga for mental health. I create specific yoga style classes to help heal and support people through a range of mental health conditions from anxiety, stress, depression to trauma which is deeply held in the body.
After suffering from mental health conditions myself, like anxiety and stress, I know too well that Yoga is a powerful healing tool to help utilise and support mental health conditions. I am determined to continue to share this with more and more people across the West Midlands and beyond.
Over the years I gained a wide range of experience from teaching in different venues and yoga spaces. I also work and teach in a mental health hospitals delivering yoga / mindfulness which is the most rewarding thing I have ever done and where I feel my yoga purpose truly sits.
I have always called yoga ‘magic’ from the first day I stepped on my mat, as it really has transformed my life in so many ways and still does help every day, I just can’t wait to share the ‘magic’ with everyone else.
