BE YOU BE YOGA - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025
VENUE BOOKING, ARRIVAL & LATENESS POLICY:
Be You Be Yoga classes can all be booked online up to two weeks in advance. I recommend arriving at the venue at least 15 minutes before class; this allows you time to relax and get settled onto your mat. However, I know this is not always possible. I ask that you arrive at the venue a minimum of 10 minutes before your class begins.
Once the class has started, no late arrivals will be permitted to enter the class and the venue door will be closed.

LATE REFUND / CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE: I do not give refunds for late cancellations or no-shows (please respect this).

If you are cancelling or can't make class, please let me know at least 48 hours before class starts (I have to allow time to fill the space before class starts) either by text message at 07809 343 544 or emailing directly beyoubeyoga@outlook.com
As a small business this costs me each time I refund a transaction fee, so please give plenty of notice if you need to change or cancel your yoga session. This is just out of respect for me as a yoga teacher and fellow yogis, I will need time to open your space for another person to join the class if on the waiting list.

In very exceptional circumstances, I may need to cancel a class at short notice. Therefore, I will give full refunds. Sign up for the mailing list via the website to keep you informed of any schedule changes and class changes. You have the option to unsubscribe from this list at any time
