What is Yoga Nidra? 
Yoga Nidra, is often known as 'Yogic Sleep' it is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It goes far beyond deep relaxation to a place of natural peace and quiet that is tremendously healing. 

An hour of Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as four hours of regular sleep, how amazing is that!


Who can practice Yoga Nidra? 
Yoga Nidra is for everyone and anyone... you just need to practice is and have an open mind to rest your body and encourage the amazing healing benefits of the practice entire your body and mind.

What you need to practice Yoga Nidra: 
Ideally you need a quite relaxing space in your home where you won't get distracted or disturbed...a place which is your safe zone. 

Make yourself as comfy as possible using blankets, cushions, bollsters, duvet, socks, eye pillows, Jumpers anything to help while you are lying on the floor for long periods. However you can do Yoga Nidra sitting on a chair or lying in bed. 

Set the scene of pure bliss for your practice light candles, burn essential oils, have a soft lighting around you and enjoy the amazing
benefits of Yoga Nidra it's incredibly relaxing and can help heal you inside out.
